Description: |
This flitch is a 4 piece set of quarter sawn material. All the pieces are mostly usable with beautiful straight grain, excellent color and tight growth rings. Some of the material could work for guitar sets.
Note these pieces are testing 18% to 20% moisture content as of 8/18/08. The boards have been air dried for a little over 1 year. Due to the nature of this species we have no intentions of kiln drying this material. The boards are sold as is. They can be dried upon customers request. |

Note: All pictures of boards that appear wet, have been wiped with denature alcohol to help show natural color. We use denature alcohol because it evaporates and does not effect the moisture content of the wood. |

In the very middle the board measure 1 1/2" inches thick. |
