Description:

This Koa log has excellent color and some light figure. The shape of the natural edge is very interesting. This log also has a mean twist. The boards in this log are good for 7' and 4' sections but a full 11', flat, is not achieveable. The slabs also have bark inclusions, checks and knots. A few boards have rot at one end.

Note: All pictures of boards that appear wet, have been wiped with denature alcohol to help show natural color. We use denature alcohol because it evaporates and does not effect the moisture content of the wood.
