Description: |
This one of a kind Big Leaf Maple flitch shows unusual color variation- dark reddish gold heart color with some spalting. Adding to the beauty is a good quilt figure. This material would make extraordinary furniture or would be ideal for bookmatched table tops. The boards do show some knots and soft spots but these only add to the character of this particular flitch. |
