Description:

This Big Leaf Maple burl flitch is one of the biggest that we have ever cut. In its widest spots it measures up to 7 feet wide. Along with impressive size this flitch has amazing figure. The outside slabs are a combination of awesome burl and quilt figure. In the middle slabs the figure starts to run out but solid burl figure follows along the edges and clusters can be found in the middle. Altogether the whole flitch is amazing and is ideally suitable for one of a kind table tops.

Note: All pictures of boards that appear wet, have been wiped with denature alcohol to help show natural color. We use denature alcohol because it evaporates and does not effect the moisture content of the wood.
