Description: |
This is a beautiful Tasmanian Rose Myrtle flitch. Rose Myrtle grows only in Tasmania and can have many different combinations of color and figure. This particular flitch has its normal pinkish red heartwood, comparable to pearwood. Additionally this log was quarter sawn giving it an all over consistent look as well as showing off its unbelievable flame figure.
