Description:

Very nice Black Walnut flitch- good width and legth. The outside boards have minimal defects making them perfect for almost any project. The center boards have beautiful figure but do show slightly more defects adding character. Overall this flitch is lovely with lots of usable material. It is worth noting that all the boards have been tallied as 149 inches long but actually measure 161 inches long.

Note: All pictures of boards that appear wet, have been wiped with denature alcohol to help show natural color. We use denature alcohol because it evaporates and does not effect the moisture content of the wood.
